1. General Terms of Use and Scope of Services

• • Using TopSend for the following digital services is permitted:
• Sending recharge and internet packages to Afghanistan
• Sending recharge and internet packages to Turkey
• Sending recharge and internet packages to Pakistan
• Selling IMO Diamonds
• Selling Free Fire Diamonds
• Selling PUBG UC
• Other digital products announced on the platform
• • All services are provided digitally and are non-refundable after successful delivery.
• • Each user is only allowed to use their own personal account.
• • Using the service means full acceptance of TopSend's terms and conditions.

2. User Information Rules

• • Entering the correct phone number, game ID, account identifier, or recipient information is mandatory.
• • The user is responsible for any errors in the entered information.
• • Changing or editing an order after payment is not possible.

3. Payment Rules

• • Payment is only made through official methods announced on the platform.
• • Using someone else's card or bank account without legal permission is prohibited.
• • If a suspicious payment is detected, the transaction may be stopped, reviewed, or cancelled.
